The woman salesperson who helped us here was friendly and willing to help, not pushy, agreed with me when I told her I would not be buying a cover today because of financial binds. I appreciated her help. The night previous, I had tried to pick out my futon frame and arrived 20 minutes before closing only to find the the shopkeeper had closed rather early. It was annoying to have to go back twice, since it is far from my house. When I copmlained to the sales lady, she was annoyed, and made sure to talk to him about it so that when we came back that night to pick up our things, he would not be closed. And he was not.
