Chowan Golf & Country Club is an 18 hole golf course on the Albemarle Sound. The front 9 holes were re-designed in 2004 and now have champion Bermuda on the greens and 328 hybrid Bermuda on the fairways. Landscapes Unlimited completed the re-design. The back 9 holes have bent grass on the greens and are scheduled for renovation in 2006. CG&CC also has a driving range, swimming pool, & tennis courts. They host several get-togethers for their members each year. The clubhouse & pool are available for rent for your function - weddings, receptions, parties, etc.
