I went to Choice Transmission and Complete Auto Repair to get some front end work done and a window replaced and thought their work was very acceptable. They did a very complete and thorough job in a timely manner, which I appreciated. The mechanics themselves were friendly as well and though their prices weren't great, they didn't seem any higher than other similar businesses. They did a good job so I can't complain. Good first experience with Choice Transmission and Complete Auto Repair and I would go back to them again. more

I heard about Choice Transmission & Complete Auto Repair about three months ago when my neighbor recommended them to me. The owner comes right up to you and tells you what he is going to work on. The prices are extremely fair, even below what I expected. While choosing a mechanic, it is very hard to find someone who is really trustworthy. Jason is the most honest person I've ever met, particularly about doing what he says, when he says. He charges usually less than what you think he will. They have absolutely phenomenal service and they always guarantee and back up the quality of their work. They did a complete service of my truck last Saturday, and it was done faster than they said for cheaper than they said. They work fast! If you have ever had a bad experience with any auto shop, send your vehicle in to Choice Transmission and they will change your mind. more

This shop is a scam. They told me that they would only charge me $450 to remove and reinstall my transmission that I had rebuilt. It needed a new pump and that was it ($150 part) they said that all they would charge to replace the pump was the cost of the pump as I knew that was the problem when I took it in. They even said the pump was around $150, but possibly it would not need a whole pump, just a new rotor. A few days later they call and say that the transmission needs to be completely rebuilt at a cost of over $1600. Quite the difference from the phone conversation. They said a pump would be $350+, a new torque converter would be $400+ and a new seal kit would be $100. They also said this would include their 24 month warranty. Well, fortunately for me, I had just built the transmission, so I asked them how it would be possible that the whole transmission needed a complete rebuild as it was just done and all the parts were not just new, they were top of the line. I also new that I could buy a new pump on ebay for $150 or less and that a new torque converter on ebay is only $120 and that the only seals needing replaced would only cost about $20 from the local transmission supply shop. I told them to box up the transmission and I will fix it and they can just put it back in as that is all I wanted to pay them for. After much negotiating on there part, they brought their price down to $900 and gave me a 6 month warranty. I didnt like the deal, but figured the warranty was worth it as they said they would warranty the whole transmission. FF 1 month, I noticed right away that the transmission was acting funny and I suspected the valve body being bad as it is a common problem with this transmission. I go back and explain the problem and symptoms and they sniff the fluid and check for codes and say everything is fine. I dont believe them, so I take some videos of the symptoms and send it to them and to my transmission adviser in Alabama. My adviser tells me that it is definatly the valve body. Finally, choice transmission looks at the video and agrees with me that there is a problem and it is probably the valve body. So I take it back, under warranty, and they keep it for 3 days and finally say that it needs a valve body and that would cost me $400. I said its under warranty, they replied that the warranty is only on the torque converter and not on the transmission. I said they were full of bs and they had told me the warranty is on the whole transmission as I was told this by them when I paid before. They denied it and will not fix the warrantied item. I will be persuing them in court and with the media teams to see if they will actually honor their warranty. If you are thinking of using this shop, do not do it. THEY ARE A SCAM AND ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. They do not honor their warranty unless they are able to way overcharge you for the work that they do, You will save money and get better quality work at another shop that actually honors their warranties. Lets face it, transmission problems suck, there are many scam shops and since most people have no clue about transmissions, they get screwed. That is why I rebuilt it myself and have now rebuilt 2 transmission, both of which work great with the exception of this valve body problem. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I just talked to them, and now they say that they are only going to replace the valve body with a used one, not even a remanufactured one that would have fixed the flaw by GM. So, it is not even a proper fix. At the end of the conversation, they told me that I was no longer considered a customer of theirs and were going to void any warranty that I had already paid for. They know that the transmission will fail prior to the end of the warranty as this problem will cause premature failure. more

Very good experience, and excellent choice 8/6/2014

This was my first time dealing with Choice Transmission & Complete Auto Repair, and overall my experience was excellent! They went over my whole car. They did the front end, fixed my alignment, the tail light and even changed my serpentine. They were very nice. Everything went well, and I would definitely recommend their services. more

I've used Choice Transmission & Complete Auto Repair about 3 times over the last couple of years. Most recently, I used them a week or two ago. They replaced the transmission in my pick-up. It worked out great. I continue to use them because of their customer service, pride, and timeliness. They are all around great to work with. more

Did what they said they were going to do! 3/25/2014

I will use Choice Transmission & Complete Auto Repair again in the future. I believed my transmission went out, and I mentioned it to a co-worker. They said they had been using Choice Transmission for several years and were very happy with their service. Based on that, I took my car to them. I took it in, and they did the diagnosis and took care of it. They called and let me know what was going on while they were doing the work. It came in right where they said it would, and the work was done in the time frame they told me. There were no surprises! It was not the least expensive option, but I felt more comfortable that they knew what they were talking about. I felt they were being real with me. more

Excellent work done on our family Prius 3/1/2014

They were very friendly and went above and beyond in replacing the wheel bearing and hub on our Prius. The grinding sound is gone and the Prius is so quiet. The Prius had slight front end damage from the previous owner and they actually straighten the hood so the hood is better aligned without any charge. Now, that is going way over and beyond! They were very quick in getting the Prius repaired, we brought it in early afternoon and took it home in a few hours. BUYER BEWARE 12/28/2013

I would be very careful of doing business with this shop. I asked the manager what was his hourly rate was, and he stated it depends on the vehicle. I was charged 1.6 hours for labor to replace a belt tensioner pulley on 2002 Pontiac with a 3.8 and checked on line and labor time was .4 to .5. I expressed this and they would not change it. With all of the apps and on line resources they are caught red handed! So people of Queen Creek make sure you get quote from a few different shop before doing business with these people. I guarantee you will SAVE 35% off any quoted price with other repairs shop then dealing with this shop. Do yourself a favor get multiple quotes before any work done here. They renewed my faith in mechanics! 12/12/2013

Network Automotive Service Center are just wonderful. Wouldn't know what I'd do without them. They go beyond the point of helping and their customers service is at a 200%! I recommend them to all my friends. Jack and Brent are absolutely wonderful! They are the best at helping a customer in need. I can't count how many times they've helped me in an emergency. If I ever knew anyone that had a problem, I would always send them to Jack and Brent over at Network Auto. They're great mechanics who are great at their work. I have nothing negative yo say about them. I've been with Network Auto for about four or five years. I used to go to this other place and they were a rip off and did a horrible job. So disappointed with them. I spoke to my girlfriend who told me to go to Network Auto. I didn't want to because I didn't trust any mechanics but I was wrong! Brent and Jack proved me wrong. They renewed my faith in mechanics. more

Network Automotive generally do oil changes and did a differential change for me. I continue to use their service because of their care club and when you break down the costs, the prices are very reasonable. I've been to network Automotive Service Center a few times. They recently worked on the breaks. There was one time when they didn't get back to me when my car was done. Struts and shocks 10/1/2013

Nick, I brought my car to a shop to have the shocks and struts replaced. Didn't seem like it would be such a big deal.They replaced them and overtightened the struts and crushed the bearings and bushings. The car drove worse then when I brought it to them. I decided to bring it to Network to look at what was causing the problem. I talked to Nick Marcell. He said they would look at it and get back to me. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service and service on my vehicle. I brought my car to you, you said you would get it fixed and it will be done and ride perfect. I wouldn't go to anyone else, anywhere else. 9/11/2013

I've used Network Automotive Service Center at two different locations for several things. They've done everything from basic service work, to specific oil leaks, battery changes, alignments, and so on; all automotive maintenance and repair. The service has always been great. They've always bent over backward to make sure they stayed within my budget if I had one. They fix whatever is needed while telling me what else is off. Nick at the Gilbert location, specifically, has interpersonal skills with the public that are just phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. more

I worked with Network Automotive Service Center over a year ago. Any time you go to a company or a business and they're personable with you, at least from the standpoint of the interaction they have with you, it's always a good experience. Really the fact that the interaction was really personable made me remember them. I can't really speak to the actual service that was provided as I can't really remember what they did. I have been there before, though. They're in a very convenient location for me. more
