This is a auto repair shop I would recommend for their quick diagnosis, honest advice, and fair prices. I don't necessarily want the cheapest, but I want the best. They stand behind their work, and are always courteous. No sales pitches for extranneous work, additives, or products. This company has been responsive, helpful, and are loyal to their customer base. o speak to the technicial who actually performed the work, I can. more

Unsatisfactory service 3/23/2012

I had an alignment done on my 2002 GMC Sonoma in Nov. 2011 when I got new tires. On 3-23-2012 I took it back in because I had a tire wearing on the outside and was told that the ball joints were bad, even though they were replaced in Nov, 2011 when I got new tires. I took my truck back to the place that replaced the ball joints and had them check it. What they found was the upper control arm bolt was loose, the cotter key was not in it and it could be turned by hand. This has to be loosened to set the tire when an alignment is done, so it was not tightened when the alignment done in Nov. 2011. It wore my tire and they are not willing to take responsibility for their actions. I will never go there again and will not recommend them to anyone, "EVER", very unprofessional. RESPONSE FROM Network Automotive Service Center: Hello Mr. Turner, We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We will realign your truck and issue a new 6 month/6000 mile warranty, assuming all the suspension is good. We stand behind all of our work. We are experts (ASE certified) in our field, and we do what many shops do not. We show the customer any condemned parts, and visually demonstrate to the customer why that part was condemned. We do not touch the ball joints in any way to do an alignment on a Sonoma. If a ball joint was missing a cotter pin or the ball joint nut was loose, it wasnt connected to the alignment. We did not see movement in the control arm not related to the upper ball joint (did not appear to be loose). If it was loose, you are correct, we owe you for a tire. Travis Martin and Michelle Allan are stellar examples of quality customer service. They treated me with respect and courtesy - displaying a constant willingness to go above and beyond standard service. They made me feel valued and treated me as a member of the extended network automotive family. I'll definitely be a returning customer - continuing my 5-year relationship. Great Service, Quick Repair 10/20/2011

Phone and Counter personnel are very polite and courteous. Technicians appear to be proficient. I just had work done on my wives car. The repair is holding up and appears to have corrected her issue. My interaction with this shop was positive and I plan to bring my car into them for repairs that it needs. Plus they offered me a military discount. Thanks for supporting your troops =) more

Bad situation turned Good 10/15/2011

After a serious misunderstanding over the cost of evaluating what turned out to be a cracked engine block, the service dept. at Network have gone above and beyond to install an engine at a great price. They are even putting in a few extras to ensure that my car will be trouble free. Thanks to the Queen Creek guys for working this out with me. more

Blown engine due to negligence by Network Auto Mechanics 10/13/2011

My car blew a hose, and Network misinformed me as to which ones needed to be replaced. This resulted in another blown hose, and subsequently experienced a cracked radiator (according to Network). But the problem persisted. After a second radiator, I finally found myself in the same predicament, and network diagnosed a cracked block, however, they failed to tell me the final cost of this evaluation, and called me a liar for denying that the correct info had been given to me. Now I am going to a new mechanic where I hope to be treated with respect and honesty. If only businesses would value their customers. more

This was the first time I have used Network Automotive Service Center. I had a really, really good first experience and they will be my alignment shop of choice from now on! I first went in, on a recommendation from another shop, I had scheduled appointment, which they were mostly on time for. There was a little bit of a wait, about thirty-five minutes for everything, I was in and out in no time! They checked my tires, which I knew were off a little, they adjusted them. I'll be back, because from the moment I walked in, I felt that they really cared about the customer. They genuinely had my best interests at heart. They were there to do what I wanted them to do, nothing more, so no up-selling. You don't find that kind of company very much. Plus, they are knowledgeable, reasonable prices, professional and do really good work. I can't recommend them enough! more

I would recommend Network. I don't want to go anywhere else after the service I got with them. I was treated pretty well. They were very considerate, very concerned, and they treated me like I was special. My only complaint is that it's a shame they don't have a store in Phoenix. I had a car in trouble when I was down there, and I was concerned that another company would try to take advantage of my situation for a quick buck, so I drove it slowly back to Mesa and the Network up there. What I like is that I can take it to any Network Automotive and I am able to explain the problem. Then they take me out there and show me what the problem is and what they need to do. I feel safe with taking my car to them, and I feel safe driving it after taking it to them. more

Network Automotive Service Center was awesome. They were really good to us. I mean, they were just great! They were great with my baby running around, and they were not even upset about that. They didn't make me feel stupid either, being a chick and going in there by myself with my baby. They explained everything to me really well. When they took the back part off my van, the brakes just fell right off, and they were very glad I came in when I did because it was unsafe. I've been a customer for five years now and I have to say that I really appreciate and enjoy their honesty. It's so refreshing to actually be able to go into a shop knowing there will be no BS involved. They're going to fix your car up the right way. Travis actually sent me a thank you note, which I thought was great. You don't see that kind of attention much nowadays, especially in the climate we're in. It's a nice touch. They are very professional and I really appreciate the work they do and the treatment I get there. I highly recommend their services, they are fantastic. more

Auto mechanics you can trust! 1/22/2011

I would like to thank Mike Kasofsky and his crew at Network Auto. I have used them several times mainly for oil changes and alignment work. But recently I had a major issue with my car. I felt they were honest, showed me what needed to be done, and it was fixed in a timely matter. They even got me into a rental car for the day so I would not be with out wheels! Mike paid for it! How many auto shops will do that?! I highly recommend Network! more
