I can't imagine why people feel a need to review a national chain. This is pretty good fast food, but why not review a place that has some character and needs some attention?

Burrito goodness 10/18/2006

I LOVE Chipotle! Granted a burrito is really enough for 2 meals, though rarely does 1/2 get saved for later. But, these tasty tortilla wrapped masterpieces just make my mouth water at the thought of them. Pick chicken, steak or pork or go meatless. Choose your toppings which could include lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, veggies, cheese and more. You can also select your level of spiciness when selecting your favorite salsa. If you'd like something a little lighter, a burrito bowl is an option (more like a salad than a burrito). The chips and salsa are a nice side item, as well. Mmmmm...I want a Chipotle burrito! more

Chipotle 5/14/2006

Chipotle seems to be a the new hot thing in the fast food world. But for me, this place is nothing special. I actually picked up a meal from here for me and my husband. The food seemed really bland and the tacos were soggy and not good tasting at all. I think the tacos could definitely have used more cheese and the guacomole seemed tasteless to me. Perhaps I should try eating in next time, but that one experience has been enough to keep me away for a long time. more

I could eat this every day 3/15/2006

Seriously, I could live on it. The burritos unfortunately are a bit messy. Actually really messy. They fall apart real easy and then don't go back together. So I usually stick with a burrito bowl, which is really just as good and allows you to eat it with utensils. There's still the possibility of a mess, or maybe that's just me... Anyway, they also serve beer if you are going to be eating in the restaurant. Depending on which location you go to and at what hour of the day, be prepared for some long lines. This isn't due to slow service at all, though - Chipotle is really just that popular, and for good reason! Everyone who eats there knows how great it is. Occasionally they also have free burrito days. Be on the look out for those. (A free burrito is less messy than the ones you pay for. Haha.) more

Burritos 3/3/2006

Although Chipotle is a chain restaurant, they offer burritos with fresh ingredients and made to order. Choose from the traditional burrito, burrito bols (no tortilla), hard tacos or soft tacos. Then choose your meat filling (or vegetarian) as well as other toppings. It's a great way to get fast food without all the fat. more

Big burritos at a cheap price 8/10/2005

I often visit Chipotle when I have a craving for a huge burrito. I often cannot finish one of these in one sitting. So, it makes for a meal and a snack later on. The ingredients are fresh and I like how they pile on the meat and veggies. The guacamole is also excellent. Wish the chips would come standard and not have to pay for them. more

Food 6/19/2005

This is a great place to grab a quick eat. The food is so great and it is really filling. You can make your own tacos and burritos and pick all your own fillings. The service is great and the pricing is great as well. This restraunt is great whether you go in for a quick bite alone, or for a meal with a whole bunch of people. more
