There are no shortage of places to get your hair cut. For almost the last 20 years, I have gladly passed by all of them so that Rachel at Chiocca's could cut my hair. I am not ashamed to say that I am very demanding and particular when it comes to a haircut. After all, I have to live with it. As a business owner, Rachel knows that taking care of a customer's needs, no matter how finicky, is priority #1. She is pleasant and professional. Every year she attends training in the latest styles and trends. Her skills are truly ""cutting edge"" (no pun intended). I sincerely recommend Chioca's to everyone. Just don't ask for an appt. on Monday's at 4:30 pm because that slot is mine.
