You know the saying - if you are one in a million, there are 1,600 of you in China. There are probably 1,600 resturants as good as China Village in China, but only a few in the US. Chowhound.com has generated a great little cult around CV, for good reason. It's the only place I've ever had the tastes I ate in China.
