China Buffet 4/11/2006

If you are looking for an inexpensive traditional multi item chinese buffet then this is a good option for you. The price is very fair and the buffet has a lot of variety and options. On the weekends they have peel and eat shrimp and crab legs. If you really know about real sushi versus the cheap immitation then i would reccomend skipping the sushi. The variety of sushi is good but the taste just doesnt compare to the good stuff. All in All the bang for the buck is good and anyone could find something to please them. more

Chinese Anyone 3/19/2006

Sometimes the need arises to go to a typical chinese/seafood buffet, when that need arises this is where I end up. For the price the variety is very good... although you must be forwarned that it is a buffet and typical buffet behavior is evident. The variety of food is very good and as far as I can tell everything is fresh. Also I really doubt that someone could not find something to their liking at this buffet. This is always where I take my out of town relatives who come to visit and noone ever complains or leaves hungry. more

Hard to walk away.... 8/26/2005

If you are someone who overeats at a buffet, then this might not be the place for you. They have everything. Absolutely everything. It's bigger than my house and there's more food than I could eat in a year. And it's all good. There is literally something for everyone, and you can't beat the pricing. Come hungry. more

There are some buffets that serve sushi in Tampa, but this place is the best. China buffet has many kinds of Maki, Nigiri and they are quite good; small rice and big piece of fish on it. The price is $6.95 for weekday’s lunch, $8.95 for weekend’s lunch, $9.95 for weekday’s dinner and $12.95 for weekend’s dinner. more

Large Selection but quality varies 8/5/2005

China Buffet is near my work and we occasionally go there for lunches. I've even taken my wife a couple of times on the weekends. There is a huge selection, I mean it's probably 1500 square feet of floor space. The quality is hit or miss, and by that I mean at different times the same dish can be really good or just okay, but there's always something pretty good. The price is not bad if you're hungry ~$10. more
