I cannot think of enough negative adjectives to describe this company. Rude, hostile, unhelpful, lazy, terrible, mean...would be a good start. Every time I have had to call them for anything, they always have an horrible attitude until they can tell you something bad about your account, which seems to cheer them up. Having moved from Memphis, I was looking forward to the small town hospitality. They make MLG&W seem like a breath of fresh air. If you live in Memphis, you'll understand just how much the previous statement means. Unfortunately - the electric monopoly as it is, there nothing you can do about it and they know that, so they could care less. By the way - none of my calls have ever been to complain or because of delinquent accounts.
