Fun, nice atmosphere 3/21/2011

I've been going to her for generations. From my great-grandmother to my mother, now I shop there! A lot of new customers who don't know the owner well needs to have an open mind when they go there. They always misunderstand them...and they are never trying to be rude! more

WORST SERVICE EVER! 3/15/2008

This shop has been in business for over 20 years but not because of quality service only conveniece due to the fact that there are not many shops in Milwaukee. I visited this shop when it was a one room hole on 27th and capital dr. The proprietor was always sharp with her customers as if she was always in a hurry to expel them from the store as soon as possible. She has sense moved her location to 76th and capital(still Milwaukee NOT Wauwatosa) and the service is still horrible. If you ask for something not on display you won't get help finding it as this owner is too busy to do any real work in good customer relations! She will simply dismiss you and move on to another poor victim, the only sales I ever saw were clearance and the quality of the merchandise is cheap and a waste of money. I would recommend persons looking for GOOD QUALITY service steer clear of this shop. more

exceptional service 1/10/2008

I travel for my work which is doing hair extensions and making wigs so I shop in a lot of places for hair . This is a place that goes way out of their way to find me what I need. They have more dark hair than light, which is common, but other than that they almost always send me away with something that will do what I need. Pros: lots of mid quality dark hair and exceptional service Cons: not a lot of blondes or ash colours more
