I was homesick for real NY-style pizza, and found the answers at Chi Chi's. Thin crust, sauce that does not overpower, and whole-milk cheese. I live 500 miles from the nearest Chi Chi's and now I look forward to every visit with the in-laws just a little more. The Italian salad dressing is mouthwatering, sourdough rolls served hot. I just don't like the tiny 'kid party' sized slices--pizza should be folded and stuffed in the mouth for the best experience! Please open a Chi Chi's in San Francisco Bay Area!!
