I was a customer at this particular chevron since 2007. I've been a customer longer then most of the people who work there now. But now, I'm being refused service because of a woman named Sandy (Graveyard Shift)
Sandy has accused me of getting angry & breaking a door, which is not true. She is angry at me because she found out that I had once reported her to the owner for insulting my girlfriend. The two-faced man with a long ponytail named Syrus said that he believed Sandy & refused me service because of this.
Ironic considering the fact that Syrus told me himself that Sandy was put on graveyard shift because of all the complaints customers were making about her.
Syrus badmouthed Sandy quite q bit, but now after being a customer there for 5 years, Syrus said that he believed her because he's known her for a long time and that he can no longer serve me.
If I had actually broken store property, than why was I not spoken to by police for disorderly conduct, and where is the camera footage that can prove what Sandy said? There is no footage because it didn't happen.
Now, they are also refusing to give me the phone number of the owner so that I can register a complaint. By law, they have to do that, but they won't.
The other people who work there are clearly unaware of the lack of professionalism. Otherwise, I would at least be able to contact the owner.
My Name is Allen L. Williams and I am not afraid of putting myself out there since that is what its going to take to put a stop to the disrespect that Syrus & Sandy have shown to both me and my girlfriend.
