Went here to look at a Toyota Tacoma, advertised online at $13K, which was in the ballpark of the Kelly Blue Book value. The truck was supposedly fresh out of the service departme...

Excellent Service, all work was completed timely for oil change & tire rotation. An inspection found a brake light out that was replaced quickly. The car look great after the complimentary vacuum and wash. Thank you! Bob more

Michael in service, as always, was fantastic to work with. He communicated the repairs and cost. Let us use a loaner car and had co-workers drive one of our cars (we had two cars in the shop) to our home so we didn't have transportation issues to pick up the second car. more

With my current lease coming to an end, I had to start my most dreaded process of working with dealerships and finding a new lease. It was so disappointing because my existing dealership (Lexus) did everything but make the experience easy for me. I thought that was the point of a lease? Guess not. So, I ventured into other dealerships and, being a female, most of the other dealerships were too busy wheeling and dealing (or simply not listening to my requests) that even a test drive was difficult to stomach. From the first phone call with Cadillac of Bellevue to the drop off of my brand new Cadillac ATS I had the best experience. I was treated with respect, my work schedule in Seattle was more than accommodated so I could test drive and sign papers quickly and I didn't feel ONCE I was being scammed. Ronnie Byrd was seriously the best to deal with and I will refer Cadillac of Bellevue and Ronnie to anyone I know if they want an efficient and respectful experience. Oh...and the car is FANTASTIC! more

Great service, but communication could be better 3/19/2014

The service was completed promptly. The only thing that can be approved is the communication. In the morning I got a call and an ETA of afternoon 3 or 4 the same day. I called at 3 after I hadn't heard anything and was planning on getting the car at 4 at the latest. At that point I was told the car wasn't going to be ready until the next day. If I had known early it would have been easier to arrange a ride. more

Quick turn around.. expensive 3/14/2014

We've always taken our ESV to the dealership. They are responsive and courteous. Though, over the years, I have started to notice that the labor costs have gone up tremendously, while the attention to detail has come down. Our ESV as kept overnight to dry out a water leak into the cargo area. The replacement part was a little over $20. The labor to remove the cargo area carpet and dry out the cargo area interior was over $500, yet, they didn't bother to vacuum out the cargo area!!! more

Regular maintenance with only one special note. I had noticed rough idling, and while the shop couldn't replicate that, the service manager did say that a software update might have addressed the issue. And it did -- no more rough idling so far. more
