Not Great at Returning Calls. 4/19/2016

I absolutely like the physicians assistant that I see. Always takes the time during the appointment to address all of my concerns. However, when I leave a message for a return call, it will take 8-10 days to receive the call back. I know the doctors are busy, but 8-10 days for a return call is unacceptable. more

Poor communication skills 3/16/2016

website doesn't work to schedule apt. You have to ask for them to read the paperwork you give. They take blood pressure and you have to ask what is the reading. You have to ask what's the weight. I was told a sample was being taken and when I asked why it was taken so long, I was told 3 samples were taken. No reasons given. I asked how I obtain the results and was told that we'll see. I did see by going to labcore website and see I can download the results. Won't be back. more

This place sucks. 6/10/2015

This place has horrible staff, and now since I have been treated so rudely after putting up with it for 12 years (only b/c i actually liked the doctor); i am finally leaving and guess what? They want $89 for my records. Thats the thanks you get. Go somewhere else the staff sucks. more

Dr. Edwards 6/22/2011

This is the first time I met Dr. Edwards. She apparently was in a rush. She told me my due date, I said, "Oh that is the first time I had heard that date" and she said "no that is what they have been telling you all along. See this is not even my handwriting, I tell everyone their due date when I walk in so they won't argue with me later." I found her bedside manner to be very abrasive. She listened to the baby's heartbeat for a few seconds and said see you in a month. I would NOT see her again. more

Sharon Proctor 9/14/2008

Good: Drs Luecke & Dr Herman. Bad: Not telling me sooner that they would not see me because of age and Medicare. Improvements: When a patient is 64, they should be told at that appointment that they need to find another doctor not wait until it is time to make a yearly when they are 65.. more

best care you can get 7/28/2005

This is a group of 6 doctors and 1 nurse midwife who provide amazing care. For routine gyn exams, you can see any doctor when you go in, or you can see a specific doctor, it is up to you. When you go for OB care, they have a policy that you see each doctor at least once. That is their way of insuring that when you go into labor, whichever doctor is on call will be familiar to you. The doctors are all fantastic. They call back to answer questions, or relieve concerns. They approach their jobs with a great balance of seriousness and humor. They are people I would want to be friend with! I love the office. The staff are incredibly helpful, and compassionate. They are also friendly, and strive to maintain patient confidentiality. I have recommended all of my friends and family use this practice. more
