i had to report this company to the bureau of better business.
the transmission i ordered was not properly shipped (it wasn't strapped to anything so it just rolled around in the bak of a truck for 2000 miles) and the shift lever broke. in addition, the transmission was junk and wouldn't run. normal customer service would take responsibility on such actions, but cherry auto has done nothing to work with me. in fact, they told me to file a claim to the shipping company they hired because they felt the external damage was their fault; they won't exchange or refunt otherwise. cherry knows that it takes months to file a claim with a shipping company. they also know that i will be stuck with a junk transmission because the 90 day warrenty they ive you will have expired by then. they're tricky, aren't they?
order from these jerks with EXTREME caution. but only if you like EXTREME anxiety. you'll get plenty, i'm sure.
