i've been to this cheesecake factory several times and have always been disappointed with the poor service. the waitstaff is generally slow, inattentive, and all-around poor! i guess the cheesecake is good, but the rest of the food is only so-so. i'll go again if i need a cheesecake fix, but that's about it. more

So good it should be illegal 8/27/2005

This is a wonderful chain restaurant that servces good food (and a lot of it) in a really nice atmosphere. The cheesecake is to die for, but the menu is even better. There are at least 20 pages of items to choose from and they give you enough food to share with at least 2 other moderate eaters. I love their meatloaf. The best I have ever had (sorry, mom)! more

Great resturant 8/13/2005

They have a very extensive menu - everything from sandwiches to pasta to seafood. Everything that I've eaten there has been top-quality and there is always enough to take some home ! more
