Checker Cab is the worst. Period. I asked them for a simple pickup from a popular bar destination to my house, and it turned into a hour and a half-long ordeal. I hope these people asphyxiate on their own vomit and spend their last moments on this earth contemplating what cunts they have been. I hate these people with every fiber of my being, they deserve nothing more than the warm sensation that my piss gives them as it runs down their neck. more

I use Checker Cab once a week when I travel home late night from Nashville to Murfreesboro. The dispatchers are always very kind, honest, and helpful. I am equally as pleased with the drivers as well. I will not use any other cab company because I have encountered many problems with them. I recommend using Checker Cab. more

Worst service we have ever had, and we tak a lot of cabs. Our driver rude, sexist, and beligerent, he left us on side of rode, we had to walk 2 miles home. Dispatch took his side, did not care. Absolutely do not call this cab company, you will not be satisfied! more

I used Checker frequently when I lived here a few years ago, and have tried them three times. All have been a disaster. The employees who answer the phone are ignorant, don't check addresses, and promise a magic "10 mintues" every time. In one case, it was more than 30, in the second, it never showed up, and in the third, after 45 minutes we cancelled. They offered no reasonable explanation (or phone call). Totally unacceptable. Dispatcher is rude on the phone, defensive, poor service. Drivers, however, seem to be polite (at least the one that showed up). Pros: Clean Cons: Late, Tardy more
