Nice atmosphere but crowded, almost cramped seating. Small bar. Good wine list. The food is above average but this is a faux french cuisine-- an americanized, northwest style ""french"" cuisine. It is a bit overpriced. Table service is average. My Wife and I have never been very impressed with this place( in terms of it's food) but many locals like it. I suspect it is not the food but the ambience and the fact that it is a locals meeting place. Last visit, we went with another couple to have their famous desert--La Bombe, a chocolate and ice cream concoction(order one and split it or else risk diabetic coma). We were all disappointed! La Bombe was no where as good as it had been in the past. Good coffee and a nice french brandy. The bill has this weird 15% service charge added to it---not for the waitperson but for the house, so you must also tip the waitperson.
Pros: Ambience, good wine list, full bar
Cons: not true french cusine, service, parking
