A highly satisfied customer from 2003 12/28/2010

In May 2003, I purchased three custom shirts and a custom blazer from Mr. Chasnoff. The measurements and the tailoring were done perfectly. The shirts and the blazer were all perfect fits. I have worn all of them many, many times and am still wearing them. In 2007 I moved from Lakeway to San Antonio, so only the distance from Mr. Chasnoff's store has kept me from going back. more

worst tailor ever 7/27/2006

I purchased custom shirts and a suit...all totalling nearly 4K. The shirts came back at various sizes. He told me he would make new ones and actually tried to give me lesser quality material than I paid for. I asked him why the 'material number' was different from what I purchased. He told me it didn't mean anything. I told him that he was giving me a different (lesser!) quality. He said "ok, fine." I repeated that he just tried to scam me. He replied "I said OK." Pros: none Cons: poor quality, not trustworthy more
