Amazing service, beautiful flowers 9/11/2006

After calling a few other places, I found Charlotte's. Suprisingly, I was greeted with a friendly voice. Long story short, they put together exactly what I wanted, at a price no one else I called could beat, and they made me feel like my order was important to them. To top it all off, there was a little problem with getting it delivered since there was no one at the apartment. One of the employees, Sandy, personally delivered my order after hours. AMAZING! The flowers were beautiful, and the service is the BEST I've found. I won't be going anywhere else for my flowers anymore. Pros: Service, Price, Selection more

I wanted to send my best friend some birthday flowers and had no idea where to start. I called around a few places and after being turned off by rude sales people and high prices, I settled on Charlotte's. They were so helpful and went way out of their way for me. It totally put me at ease. When my best friend called me after she recieved the flowers, I knew I made the right choice. She LOVED them!!! She metions them every time I talk to her! I'll be coming back for the next time I need to send flowers!! I wish somone would send me some too!! ;) Pros: GREAT SERVICE, GREAT DESIGNS AND VALUE, service, open 'til 5 on sat. Cons: none more

Our company has been using Charlotte's for years because of the friendly and helpful service. They always come up with great suggestions when I am not sure what to send. I've been a regular customer of Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers for 8 years now and the service is what keeps me coming back. The designers that work there are some of the best in Austin. I've used them for everything from birthdays to funerals and I am allways pleased with the work that they do. more

Charlotte's did a wonderful job on my wedding flowers. The service was amazing and the flowers were fantastic. I shopped many other florists and found her prices and quality to be a good value. I use this shop for all of my floral needs. Her designers are top notch and have provided many fantastic and creative design ideas for my orders. more

Friendly from across the country 10/27/2005

I recently had a panic moment when I realized that my sister's birthday was coming and her present would not be delivered in time. Flowers were just the ticket. I called Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers at random and was pleasantly surprised by the level of cheerful service I received. I was not at all sure about the UT Austin address, but she was actually able to help me determine where the flowers needed to be delivered on campus. my fabulous wedding 10/25/2005

Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers is a great route to go when wanting flowers. My wedding was not to long ago and i was amazed with how great of a job they did. They were ontime and everything was dont great. I couldnt have been happier , my wedding seemed perfect with the flowers and the arrangements, i was very impressed. The people that worked with me were very cooperative with me and helped me out a lot. Overall, i couldnt have asked for much else...... Pros: good prices, great flowers, nice people more

"Out of the Dog House" 10/24/2005

One late Friday afternoon I was in desperate need for some flowers to comfort a significant other. I called several florist and they said that it was too late to place an order even if I was picking them up myself. A friend suggested that I call "Charlottes Fiesta Flowers " and even though it was closing time they took my order and waited for me to pick them up 20 minutes after closing time. I walked out with a beautiful arrangement and I didn't have to sleep on the couch. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VALUE!! I WILL BE BACK! more

I found Charlotte's on CitySearch when I needed to send flowers to my sister in Texas. I needed a place I could trust, since I live in California. Charlotte not only caught my visions, but kept the arrangement within my budget, delivered it on time, and wowed my sister with her design genius! I would absolutely use Charlotte's again anytime I need a florist in the Austin area. more

Great Over the Phone Service 4/23/2005

I had a friend in the Heart Hospital across the street from Fiesta Flowers. I live out of town and called to have a plant sent.
