Over the years, I've gone to Charley's off and on. Sometimes it's great, other times, it's awful. Lately, it's been awful, so I've stopped going. I ordered the caprese appetizer. The mozzrella was warm and almost mushy, the tomatoes had a starchy taste to them and the basil was limp. It was swimming in a dressing that hadn't been mixed properly so it was basically oil and dots of vinegar. Burgers I've ordered have come out like hockey pucks, despite asking for them to be cooked medium-rare. Also, I ordered a bloody mary and got tomato juice with pepper and a ton of vodka, which obviously wasn't mixed right as all I could taste was the vodka. The service is abysmal, with the exception of one or two of the waitstaff. With high prices for such bad food and service, I wouldn't waste your time or money.
