This is a very busy place. They are always booked with patients throughout the day. However, even if you don't have an appointment you can call and they might be able to fit you in--do this only if you are sick and need to see a doctor, not because you want to move up an appointment. I was always able to come in when I was sick, except on one occasion when they were too busy and had no free times available. The doctors' experience levels vary. Most of the ones I got were young women who didn't seem too experienced. There is a really good doctor whom I liked, her name is Barbara (I think) Cheung. She makes you feel very comfortable and shows great concern for her patients. The one thing that bothered me were the physician assistants. They looked like young elementary school girls. This probably wasn't the case but I didn't feel comfortable with them taking my blood pressure and other preliminary work ups. Another bad thing is that even with an appointment, the wait can sometimes be long depending on your luck.
