I gave them a one star because I had to. They are very poor at following up with their customers even after they promised they would. It is very disappointing experience. more

.But their service is kinda meh. My elliptical needed maintenance and they took a long time to get back to me. more

High prices. Low customer service. Don't expect much. They shouldn't get one star but you can't review without it. more

I'm a runner and needed a machine that was going to hold up and meet my needs. I went to other stores and they wanted to push me into machines I knew I would wear out and they would fall apart. I have already done this to two treadmills. Champion Fitness listened to me and we narrowed it down to the Landice CT exactly the machine I was looking for. I had seen these online but until I got to use one, it was clear that I had found the machine for me with the help of Champion's sale team. I love it! Pros: selection, best equipment, knowledgeable Cons: we joked but the green carpet hahaha more

I have loved the service and quality of the products that I got from Champion Fitness. They were on top product knowledge and salesmanship. My Delivery was set they were on time and were very professional. Thank you guys at Champion fitness!!! Pros: Excellent Equipment, service, staff, super friendly, honest! THEY ARE SO NICE AND WILLING TO DO EVERYTHING. THEN AFTER YOU PAY, FOR YOUR PRODUCTS. AND THEY ARE DELIVERED. YOU ARE ARE ON YOUR OWN. NO SERVICE, NO HELP. YOU NOW ARE ON THE LIST AND THEY WILL GE TO YOU WHEN EVER. MY TREADMILL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED IN 5 DAYS. IT TOOK OVER 1 MONTH. AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED. CHAMPION AND THE MANUFACTURE WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS. AND NOW I HAVE A $2,000 PROBLEM. I am adding to my first review. It is now 4/16/2010 and they finaly have my treadmill fixed. Nic is the service guy and he is awesome. Does all the little extras to help out. Still not a fan of champion. Steve the owner called me to check on my problems and tried to do what he could to make things right. He said he would call the factory rep and call me back. Of course he did not call back. And its a little strange that I told Steve I wrote a review that day and the same day (someone) wrote an amazing review about how great they are. WHO COULD THAT OF BEEN!!!! I have used Champion Fitness a number of times and each time I leave thinking I shouldn't go back. The owner is very friendly but his son works there most of the time and can be rude and abrasive. They always take much longer than they claim it will to special order products and you have to keep on top of them to make sure you get it. The last equipment I ordered took two months to get in when they said it would be two weeks. They did call me when it came in even though they said they would and they made it a very difficult process. Pros: Good products Cons: Poor customer service more

Great Customer service with a very knowledable staff. Extremely informative with great advice. They ask alot of questions. Best equipment I have seen. Great prices with a low price guarantee. Super warranties on all products. Even open on Saturdays when we can all go and see their great home equipment.
