Professional, affordable, and friendly. Leon gave me an estimate for the work and told me it would take 3 days. I was charged exactly what he told me, the car was ready on time, and they even touched up a scratch on the front bumper for free. Not to mention that Leon gave me a ride home after dropping off my car and picked me up when it was ready. These guys are great. I would recommend them and definitely use them again if I need to. more

Quality, Affordable Car Repair! 12/5/2011

Certified Collision Craft (CCC) is AMAZING. I got into a fairly seriously car accident the Tuesday evening right before Thanksgiving (all four panels ended up needing to be replaced). When I called CCC Wednesday morning, I spoke with Mike. He helped me deal with getting my car towed to his location, and had a quote to me less than two hours after my car arrived. His initial quote, follow-up quote, and final quote were all the same - and all not hundreds, but THOUSANDS of dollars less than anywhere else I spoke with. I have no collision insurance, and so I was incredibly grateful due to the fact that I had to pay out-of-pocket for all of the work that he did. In addition, he assured me that if I found a body shop elsewhere that I preferred, he would let me store my car at his shop until the following Monday - free of charge! - because he understood how difficult it would be to find another place to store the car due to the holiday weekend. I got the car back this morning, and it looks better and drives better than when I first purchased it. I am enormously impressed. If I ever get into any type of accident again, I don't care how far I have to tow my car and how much I have to pay, I am taking my business here. I am also counseling all of my family members and friends to do the same. more

Great Work and Excellent Price 11/11/2011

I would recommend this repair shop to my family and friends. The owner, Michael, really cares about his customers. I needed to get the left door on my Prius repaired after my neighbor backed into the car. I knew my neighbor wanted to avoid using his insurance, so I wanted to bring my car to a place where the work would be good but also as affordable as possible. Collison Craft gave me a quote and the final cost was exactly as quoted (incidentally, much less than another body shop). I picked up my car today and it looked amazing - they even fixed a little extra. My car looks brand new again. It's nice to know there are businesses like this one. more

Excellent and friendly 10/14/2011

Car body repair on both of my cars....most recently a BMW. Estimate is fair and work is excellent. Leon goes the extra mile in making sure you are satisfied with his repairs. I do recommend this body shop to my family and friends. Thumbs up. more

I will never go to another auto body place after having my BMW fixed here. Amazing! They rolled it out yesterday and I wasn't even sure if it was my car --it looked like a new BMW! They made sure every single thing that happened in my accident was handled. They detailed it to the point I have never even seen my car look so good. They even helped me work with Enterprise rental car, I didn't even have to drop my rental off before going there, they handled it and had an Enterprise staff member come pick my rental up after I left. No matter what happened to your vehicle, they will handle it with precision, attention to detail, customer service, and very, very high quality workmanship. My BMW looks and runs like it NEVER got in an accident, it looks like it just got off a new car lot. I will use Certified Collision Craft again and again! more

Great 6/3/2011

You don't have to drive to the middle of nowhere to get a good price and excellent work. I've now used these guys twice and both times they're on time, easy to negotiate with, tell you what time is needed, help with the rental, and they do impeccable work. I have a lease and it's extremely important I keep it looking gorgeous. They are on that mission with me. Ask for Mike or Leon. more

Absolutely superb service!! 11/5/2010

I chose this body shop because I found it online, and it was close by to my apartment (Studio City, just north of Ventura on Woodman). I wasn't really sure what to expect, but my insurance was paying for it so I just went with the closest shop. They went ahead and called a car rental company for me to pick me up from the shop after I dropped off my car--that was really nice. My insurance was paying for the damage on the driver's side of the car, but I had some previous scratches and dings on other parts of the car as well. He asked me if I wanted to get those fixed too, and I said no just because I didn't want to spend any extra money. He was polite and not pushy which I appreciated. He told me it would take about 2 weeks, but they were done in a week and a half! When I went in to pick it up, I almost didn't recognize the car because they washed the car and I didn't see the scratches and dings anymore. I was worried thinking, ""I thought I said no to those fixes... uh oh."" But then he told me they fixed it at no extra charge--WOW. I will be coming back for sure! The car looks great, the work was done quickly, and the people were a pleasure to work with. more

The Best around LA 10/15/2010

I needed to get my car repaired after an accident and these guys did amazing work! They even had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my damaged car. Then I got my car back in about 10 business days and it looked freakin fantastic!!!!!! new bumpers, side panels, side mirrors and all! Certified will get my business from here on! thanks again more

We had 3 estimates and Certified was by far the cheapest. With that said, we were hesitant, but went ahead. Our car was finished in 3 days and looked brand new! They even put a new tail light on and did not charge me for it. They will be getting all my business in the future and I hope people read this and run there! more

Wonderful service, Wonderful people 7/9/2010

I had a dent in the side of my car and like an idiot, I tried to save money and trusted a random gypsy to pop it out. It was a horrible experience and my car looked worse and I was out several hundred dollars. I finally saved again and got the job done right. Not only did they do a FANTASTIC job, they also redid my bumper (small scratches) at no extra cost. How nice is that??! Bottom line is this is a company that is interested in fair prices, reliable service and detailed, wonderful work. They have my business for life. Pros: Fair prices, honest people, amazing work Cons: none! more

what a relief 2/3/2010

These guys gave us by far the best estimate we got (for a fairly dented plastic rear bumper). They kept the car only a couple of days and now it looks brand new! And... no surprises when it came time to pay, they stayed true to their estimate. It's always such a gamble with car places, it's really a relief to have found Michael and his team. Plus, they seem to take a lot of pride in their work, which is always nice to see. Pros: great service at a great price Cons: none as far as I can tell more

I have been coming to CCC for 5 years now. and every time I do , I just keep wanting to come back. Trust me, I don't enjoy getting my car smashed but I do love interacting with real and very kind people. Mike is the man who takes care of me every time I am there. Most times when I call, of course I am upset because I have to sit in a rental car and have to deal with the inconvenience of car-crashes, but Mike always insures me that I'll be take care of . And indeed I am , always. When I get my car back , it's like new and the whole experience make me forget the lengthy calls to insurance companies-which by the way Mike took care of this time :-), the rental car madness-again Mike took care of that too. It's rare to come across honest and real people in this city, but the people at CCC are one of the best I met in a long time....I hope they will never change :-) more

I don't know how they do it... 6/23/2009

This place is the BEST. I tore the bumper off my car and, after shlepping it around to body shops for quotes, eventually ended up here on a friend's recommendation. Not only were they the least expensive quote (by THOUSANDS, not just hundreds, of dollars), they pointed out repairs that were needed to my front end and my hubcaps and fixed those at no extra cost. I was blown away. The only reluctance I have at writing this review is that they will get too many customers and be too busy for the next time I need them. And yes, there will be a next time.
