I have been going to The Center for Women's Health for over 3 years now. She has always been curt - to the point of rudeness - she talks over you when you try to answer her questions, she assumes that you are not in any pain until she can verify from MRIs or x-rays. I have had her as my primary care provider, but have always tried to make appointments with one of her other doctors. However, enough is enough.\r

I have been left in her waiting room several times over an hour past my appointment time. Once I was left there for 3 hours and when I asked I was told - just another 10 minutes or so. There was never an apology for the delay - either 1 hour or the 3 hours.\r

The last straw was when she neglected to document an issue that she kept insisting she would document. Based on this I made appointments because her office said she would set up the necessary documentation with my insurance. She didn't and I almost was out about 5k. I had to cancel appointments and am still in pain. \r

After I called her on this and politely requested she fix it, she refused, refused to speak with me and had her lawyer send me a letter that she would no longer allow me at her practice. Her reason is that we never really established a rapport in the 3+ years I went there.\r

Run far, far away from this center.
