Ceder point is not much more expensive than its competitors like Geauga lake, but has much better rides for those thrill seekers out there. Our family loves it. There are discount tickets that you can buy at TOPs grocery store. The food is very typical of any fair or amusements park, and is a bit expensive. They also have do a great job around Halloween to make it a "scare" park as well. more

Cedar Point is the best of the best as far as theme parks go. They have the most roller coasters and rides in the world, a beautiful location, and a beautiful resort in the Hotel Breakers. There is so much to do there it takes more than 1 day. They have wonderful shows and kids lands in addition to the giant rides, so they really do have something for everyone. more

I visited Cedar Point in the summer of 2004, and had the time of my life. They offer the best in world class thrills, and they deliver! Their employies are so friendly, the best of any park I have visited, and the rides are just breathtaking! Definatly the best theme park in America by far! Go visit it now! more

This place is the mother of all amusement parks for those who like roller coasters! Admission isn’t cheap, but you can stay there all day and still not see and do everything there is to do. My roller coaster riding friends particularly loved Top Speed Dragster, which had just opened when we were there. There are also plenty of rides for the younger kids, and plenty of food and desserts to choose from, as well. There are also a few water rides and indoor shows for those who prefer something a little less adventurous. The glass blowing show is also something to see – the guy who was operating the show while we were there was extremely friendly and very talented. This amuzement park is not to be missed while traveling through Ohio and especially if you are a fan of roller coasters. Cedar Point holds the record as the most roller coasters on this planet. That's quite an accomplishment! They are in the running as the tallest, faster and all other kinds of awards .... however they no longer hold the tallest and faster. Our foreign competitors keep upping us one. This park has been open over a hundred years and you can see the heritage that has been past on for years here. Great find more

This park is the epitome of amusement parks! They have the most roller coasters of any park on earth, and their rides are top notch. They offer packages of hotel park admission, food vouches. etc so it's easy for a family to vacation there. This is the best park to travel to. You'll definitely need more than one day to visit all of the things they have to offer. more

Cedar Point has been voted best park on the planet for many years now. I don't know who votes, but it definitely is a great amusement park. A ton of rollercoasters and all manner of other types of rides. Amusement park food and games. Also a water park that does cost extra. Going to Cedar Point for the day is expensive. Admission is regularly $44.95 per person, though discount tickets are available at many Cleveland area businesses, and the park does run periodic specials as well. The food is terribly expensive - though you can picnic in the area just outside the gates. Your park admission also does not include the toll for the causeway, or parking. Beer is overpriced as well, and you are no longer permitted to wander the park with your alcoholic beverages - you must stay in the "beer garden". This is nothing more than a strip of concrete with picnic tables. You can also order alcohol in some of the eat in restaurants, but you cannot leave with it. Lines are sometimes very long - expect at least an hour wait for the Millenium Force, and longer for the Top Speed Dragster, if it's running the day you are there. This coaster seems to have a lot of days off, as it did when I was there in June. more

I've been to several major theme parks, and Cedar Point has to be the best theme park ever! The roller coasters there make the roller coasters at other parks seem like kiddie rides, seriously. It costs just about as much to get into Cedar Point as any other park, and if you can pick to go on a day that's not too crowded, you can go through and ride lots of rides in the park since the wait isn't too long. I can never go to another park without feeling ripped off after having been to Cedar Point. more

Cedar Point located in Sandusky, Ohio and is located right next to Lake Erie. It has over 364 acres of fun. It also has more roller coasters than any other place. If you are a roller coaster enthusiast, this is a must go theme park. Along with all the roller coasters and other thrill rides, they have an RV Campground, a water park ( Soak City ), miniature golf and go-karts. There is also a handful of full service restaurants in which to stop, take a break and eat. more

Cedar Point is an awesome amusement park. they have a ton of rides with a new one opening almost every summer. The Magnum is a classic and the Viper is good as well. I would reccomend staying off of the Blue Streak because it is really old. I would reccomend the white water rafting, especially on a hot day! They have good shows and a neat train ride. The park is quite big. Eating off site is hard because it is kind of off by itself. And as always the food is expensive. Go on a weekday and avoid the crowds! more

This amusement park is by far the greatest amusement park. The have some of the worlds greatest roller coasters. Its only fourty five dollars at the door for tickets. The park is very clean and neat. On some of the roller coasters you have a beautiful view of lake erie. Its the place to go to spend time with family or friends. more

I know everyone loves going to six flags, but Cedar Point has the best roller coasters anywhere. They have one that is over 420 feet tall and goes 127 mph. The lines are fast and the staff are all so nice and helpful. I went for my first time at the beginning of the summer and have already went again. They even have tons of kiddie rides and they place them all over the park. That way you dont have to be confined to one area of the park all day, everyone gets to have fun. They also have great shows for the family. more

This is a HUGE amusement park, with soooo many rides. I can usually never get through all of them. They have a large selection of rides, from bumper cars to coasters that go 90 mph., to kids rides. There is also a water park. Admission isn't cheap, but usually there are discount coupons you can find and its worth it once a summer. Tons of parking. Wear comfortable clothes, you'll be doing a lot of walking. more

I went to this park several times, they have they best roller coasters in the world. They have a section for little kids so can enjoy themselves also. they have a water section that you can enjoy yourself at. They have all kinds of food. Their tickets are pricey,but worth the price of admission. It is great fun for the whole family. more

Cedar Point is the best theme park in Ohio because it has something geared for everyone. Their most notable attractions are the Millennium Force and Magnum-XL coasters, the two tallest in the world. They have tunnels with strobe lights; it is very cool. They're both really smooth rides, too. Cedar Point has a lot of trees in the park, so walking from one section to the next is nice. They have nice water rides to cool you down on hot days, too. For long waits in line, a DJ spins records and takes requests. more

If you love amusement parks this is a great one. Thanks to mom this is where my love of roller coasters started ( I was afraid at first ~lol~). Prices are comparable to other parks but well worth it. They have quite a few roller coasters and various other rides and games. Lots of parking, friendly staff, great places to eat, games to play...fun all around. more
