Excellent service! 3/20/2010

I had repairs performed by another shop in Palo Alto at the suggestion of my insurance company. They seemed to do a good job but soon things just started to show up. At the suggestion of a friend I took the car to Cavallino and they did a full inspection as a and found a few items that needed attention. The were very professional and contacted my insurance company and had my claim re-opened. Cavallinos never spoke badly of their competitor, they just corrected the problems and now I am good to go. Thanks you Cavallino. more

Customer service is alive & well! 8/9/2007

I was so amazed at the level of service that I received when my car was badly damaged by some nut on 101. Cavallino took care of everything, they contacted my insurance company, arranged a rental car and repaired my car to like new. I highly recommend Cavallino Collision Center. more

I Love Cavallino... 5/12/2006

Cavallino was a very pleasant experience. They welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. The process of repairs was very non stressful and drama free. I really loved the reception area. I have recommended Cavallino to everyone I know, god for bid I get into another wreck but if I do I'm definely going to take it back to Cavallino. more

CAVALLINO IS NUMBER 1 5/12/2006

I TOOK MY CAR THERE AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. TO THE SERVICE TO THE REPAIRS PERFECT!!! THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND THE OFFICE TEAM WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHOP WAS VERY CREATIVE AND UNIQUE. more

Cavallino is the nicest Collision Repair Center in the world!!! 5/12/2006

I had a wonderful experience there... The office was amazing and there was a lot of great memorabilia.The office staff was very warm and welcoming. They made me feel at home...(Especially the receptionist) They worked directly with my insurance company and they handled my rental car service they handled everything for me.!!! Very professional atmosphere more
