Intimate Night 10/11/2008

I made reservations 2 weeks in advance with not much research put into it. When I found out it was a nightclub after hours I was worried it would take away from a romantic night out with my girlfriend. After reading one positive review and one negative review I further questioned my choice. When I tried to valet my truck the attendent said they were not parking private vehicles unless we were staying at the hotel. After he saw my displeasure after being blocked in, and , said I had reservations at a restraunt - he decided to accept us. Once we arrived in the restraunt things started to look up. The seating in the raised booths were intimate and the decor was eye pleasing. We lucked out and got seated next to the "show" with the girl dressing(unfortunately behind a cover) and putting on make up etc. It added to the conversation. Our waitress "Kimberley" or "Kim" to her friends was very attentive to us and made sure we were "having fun". Service was excellent (bonus points). We ordered the cheese plate for an appetizer and liked the variety that was offered. Dinner consisted of the Tuna (excellent) and she had the Salmon (also excellent). The ceasar salad was plain of which we shared. All plates can be split up which was great for the intimate experience for sharing or order single sides and encouraged to feed each other. The only negative comment I have was the music being a little overbearing along with the bass rattling the seating. I highly recommend this place for a nice (intimate) dinner out while in Vegas. Pros: Ambience,Seating,Decor,Food,Service Cons: Loud Music more

Very Romantic - Great Couples dinning! 8/25/2008

My husband and I were in Vegas this past weekend and visited the Cathouse; 8/22. It was a great expierence. We had reservations for 9pm and didn't have to wait. The decor is awesome and the staff was very friendly. Dinning was very intimate; which is what we needed since we have a 5 month old and this was our night to get away :-). I had the Salmon and he had the chicken; both very delicious!! Try the French Kiss, I loved it! I would highly recommend the Cathouse for a romantic evening during your weekend getaway! more

Worst Dining Experience Ever 3/29/2008

I was in Vegas from March 28th -30th. Visit Vegas at least 7-8 times a year. By far the worst dinner experience I had was at the Cathouse. This blonde host ?Ashley? is missing a personality chip somewhere; was extremely rude. I am a professional and have a lot of people working for me. I would never hire her for anything, may be for a Hand-Job- she probably sux at that too. She has the looks with a 10 cent brain. If you read this you should stick to your night job. My friend and I had to wait a little over an hour for our food to arrive. They would not even come to fill up the drinks. We had to flag them down. Don?t waste your money. Pros: Goood eye candy Cons: two thumbs down more

Intimate Dining and Seductive Nightlife

Owner Message
  • Fusing restaurant, lounge and performance, CatHouse offers the Las Vegas nightscape a descrete playpen for spontaneous, provocative and sophisticated entertainment.

Editorial
  • In Short
You enter CatHouse through a long, blood-red hallway with fake doors lining the walls and peepholes playing vintage European erotica films. Once inside, the joint resembles a 19th-century bordello and includes actual personal artifacts from the period: metal bed warmers, vintage hand mirrors and collections of private photographs. One decorative mirror, located in the loungerie, comes to life randomly throughout the night, exposing a "kitten" seated in front of a vanity table. Unqiue shared-plate concontions--pigs in a duvet, cheese plates and stuffed mushroom caps-along with steak and seafood dishes make up the menu.
