Let me begin by saying that I am not sure who I should be angrier with - Castle Dental for their horrendous service or myself for enduring it for over two years! From repeatedly having to wait in the lobby for sometimes up to 30 minutes past my appointment time (although I showed up on time) because they overbooked or were understaffed, to being herded from exam room to exam room because certain equipment was not available in every one.
