Went in for a bridge, 5 appointments later and still not made correctly. Dentist we had, we liked, but he left for his own practice after Castle started charging the Dentist for things like initial visit and other items. Nickel and dime'ing the Dentists with in house charges. Found another dentist we Love. Castle is an assembly line dental operation and I would never go there again. more

awesome experience! 11/2/2010

I completly disagree wit the previews review. My experience has been nothing but wonderful at castle dental. The front desk was amazing and helpful, the young lady educated me as far as my treatment and helped me get approved for financing. Dr Zeng is the most professional dentist I have ever been treated by. I would highly recoment castle to others. The staff makes you feel comfortable and the prices are very reasonable. more

Let me begin by saying that I am not sure who I should be angrier with - Castle Dental for their horrendous service or myself for enduring it for over two years! From repeatedly having to wait in the lobby for sometimes up to 30 minutes past my appointment time (although I showed up on time) because they overbooked or were understaffed, to being herded from exam room to exam room because certain equipment was not available in every one. To the hygienist who attempted to perform a cleaning on me while suffering from a chest cold. Oh sure, she's wearing a mask so the likelihood of passing on any contagion is slim to none, lol! Not! more

It's actually not that bad. 8/8/2010

I had previously read bad reviews about Castle Dental in general and I was wary to try any of the offices. I have my own individual dental insurance that I pay for out of my teacher salary and the choices are very limited. After dealing with horrible service at an Omni Dental and a 3 month waiting list for a cleaning I decided to venture out and try other offices. I decided on this Castle Dental and I was very pleased! The office isn't super fancy but the front desk staff was very nice, I was promptly sent into the back and the doctor showed up after only a few minutes. He (Dr. Collard) made me feel very comfortable and he listened and asked me about my issues for a good 15 minutes. He was that interested in my dental questions. He calmed my fears of needing a possible root canal (I don't) and told me that the issues I was having was likely due to my teeth grinding and said I should get a night guard. At the Omni office one of these was over $700. At Castle Dental it was almost $200 cheaper and they offered in house no interest financing for me. I went back for my cleaning (2 days later, not 3 months) and was very impressed with Maria. She cleaned off some stains that I thought were permanent and had my teeth looking beautiful again in less than 30 minutes and with no pain. Overall about the best experience anyone can have at the dentist! more
