Funeral Dir.(loose term)Roland Lopez only compassion was to collect money,never read any other part of contract,as to what color/symbols was on casket.4 first viewing none of caring professionals were around,we had to find them and let them know it was the wrong casket.then from one person to other they pass the buck.never saying sorry,we mess up(Respect/Dedication).After service the mgt.was suppose to talk to us,we had to hunt him down for 1hr 15 min.He gave us the same uncompassion,unprofessional,none Ca ring no respect.and also never saying sorry we mess up.Only go to this funeral home if you dont care how your love ones and family are treated Pros: alot of parking Cons: staff more

Because Castillo Mission Funeral Home is family owned and operated, we are able to provide our customers with a more personalized and caring service. We pride ourselves on our dedication to caring for you and your loved one in your time of need. Below you will find a summary of the services that we offer, but please do not treat the summaries below as exhaustive of the services that we provide. For a quote, clarification of our services, and an itemized breakdown of total costs for a desired service, please feel free to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Summary of Services: (1) Traditional services with burial -- i.e., services with one day use of the chapel for a visitation followed the next day by procession to a church and cemetery -- can be had for $3,910.00 plus the cost of a casket and fees due to third parties. (2) Traditional services with cremation -- i.e., one-day use of the chapel for visitation and evening service, to be followed by cremation -- can be had for $3,910.00 plus (i) the cost of a casket* (or rental casket and cremation container ($700.00)), (ii) urn, and (iii) third party fees. (3) Forwarding remains to another funeral home: $1,650.00 if merchandise is provided by the purchaser; $1,800.00 with the required shipping container that we provide; or $1,650.00 plus the cost of a casket, if one is purchased from our funeral home. (4) Immediate burial without any attendant rites or ceremonies can be had for: $1,650 if merchandise is provided by the purchaser; $1,800.00 with an alternative burial container; or $1,650.00 plus the cost of a casket, if one is purchased from our funeral home. (5) Direct Cremation without any attendant rites or ceremonies can be had for: $1,650.00 if merchandise is provided by the purchaser; $1,800.00 with an alternative container needed for cremation; or $1,650.00 plus the cost of a casket, if one is purchased from our funeral home. Merchandise: Caskets: Metal caskets range from $895.00 to $9,995.00. Wood caskets range from $2,895.00 to $4,295.00. Urns: All of our urns, whether for services held at Castillo Mission Funeral Home or not, are $280.00. Our urn selection includes: Mother of Pearl; Copper Oak; Crescent Marble; Going Home; Traditional Mother of Pearl; Silver Oak; Black and Gold; and Platinum.
