Bad customer service 12/31/2009

Had understanding with Dave from Casey's Independent that I would need a ride back home and a return ride to the shop to pick up my van. Dave wasn't interested in figuring out how to help me. He basically didn't care that I was stranded in my own home with an infant and toddler. It would have taken 5 minutes for someone from the shop to pick me up in my own van. Pros: close to my home Cons: Very bad customer service more

The guys at Casey's are reliable, trustworthy, honest and very helpful. I have never felt like I was being treated unfairly, or like I have no idea about whats happening with my vehicle....everything is always explained to me in a way for me to understand easily. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing good, reliable car repair with none of the average *nonsense* you might recieve elsewhere. more
