They only care about money they dont care about anything else I went for a second opinion and I did not need anything what they told me the staff is really nice but the dentist is rude. more

I put my first review on Judy's Book and they put it on yelp. They do not let you delete reviews or edit them. Things have changed at Case Dental and my last post is not accurate. The five cavities that the new dentist did not see, may be the fault of the new dentist and not Case. I wish they would let me just delete that post until I had more information, The Case dentists have always been kind, and friendly, and helpful. They also try to work within your budget. I feel bad that my previous post was so negative when they have given me excellent service for years. Do not post reviews on Judy's Book, it is the only review page out there that does not let you edit or delete your posts. more

Good: -both dentists are friendly, kind, and caring. -They will squeeze you in for a same day appt if you have any problems or pain. -They give you as much numbing stuff and shots as you want and try not to hurt you. -Office staff is friendly. -Huge magazine selection! (but you never wait very long so you dont get to read much). Bad: The female dental hygenist doesnt remove stains. She also sticks the metal thing between your teeth and twists it to clean. Once she did not remove the cleaning agent from my son's teeth. The dentist is constantly wanting to drill new cavities. Never had so many cavities before case. After insisting my son get 5 cavities drilled we went for a second opinion, new dentist said my son had NO cavities. I think Case does unnecessary work on teeth. Perhaps their x-ray machine is too sensitive.. Improvements: dental hygenist should stop twisting the pointy medal thing between teeth. Dentist should only drill cavities when really necessary.. Other: Case should accept more insurances. Case office is clean and comfortable. Case dentists are wonderful with children.. more

It's always great to come to case dental simply because the people are always so humorous! They like to make their patients feel as comfortable to get them to relax. I, for one, become tense as soon as I hear the high-pitched sound of drills, so this is definitely a plus for me. Case Dental looks to be the place I'll be coming to for a while. more

When ever I have a toothache or any other problems with my teeth I go to Case Dental Group. It is very easily accessible by the bus if you don't have a car and the staff is very friendly. Once when I had a really bad pain in my mouth on a day he was off the dentist came in just to treat me, which is outstanding. They are very dedicated dentists, that will heal your pain, and even come in on their off days' if it is an emergency. more
