I LOVE this bar. Live music on the weekend (I love to dance).....Karaoke on Sundays & Wednesdays (I love to sing and have fun). This place serves great drinks and the food is awesome too! more

I am not so much commenting on the restaurant itself, but I am sending a WARNING to all people who may want to apply for a position at this restaurant. If you want to work for the two most unprofessional, unstable, perverted and most of all the owners are DRUNKS!!!!!!! They are disgusting, rude and unless you kiss their asses they will treat you and your family and friends like crap!!!! So unless your a drunk yourself or like to get treated badly,then no dollar amount in the world is worth working for these pigs....... Oh and if you haven't noticed the turn over at this place....that should tell all!!!!!!! more

I took my daughter in law out to see Randy play his music and dance. We were having a great time minding our own business when the owner of the place came up to me and whispered in my ear that I had no class. I couldn't believe it because we were not causing any problems with anybody; we were simply having a good time dancing together. Mind you my daughter in law is also my best-friend. Were close in age so its not a normal mother in law daughter in law relationship. Anyways, before that the bar tender cut us off even know we had a designated driver who had 1 drink in the 7 hours were there(me and my best-friend had 4 each) The owners continually tried to pick fights with me all night. Completely unprofessional and white trash people. Stay away from this place especially if you are any kind of pretty. You will smell the jealousy the second you walk in. I don't get out much but the once a year I do I will not go there. Go to the chopsticks way better seen and Randy is Back! Pros: Randy Burt who dont work there no more! It has been awhile since I stopped in to the Cascade Springs to have a bite. Right away I noticed a new menu! I ordered the flat iron steak dinner for $9.95 and Wow was I surprised! I knew the food was good here, but they have outdone themselves with this dinner. The 10-ounce steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. The loaded baked potato was as I expected, not micro-waved! The salad was fresh with zucchini slices, tomato wedges, a few red onion rings, fresh spring mix and iceberg lettuce, tossed into a chilled bowl. The Bernstins Italian dressing was a nice touch. I have been going to Cascade Springs with my friends for over two years now and have yet to have one bad experience. The Columbian?s food review from March?09 and the KPTV/Fox?s recommendation as the ?place to eat in Vancouver? are both framed and hanging at the entrance. The food is very good yet reasonable priced, the live music is fantastic and the service is good (although when the house is packed they could use more help). On our last visit I had the New York steak dinner. The steak was cut from the strip by Chef Arron and charbroiled perfectly to medium rare. The fresh, in season vegetables were saut?ed in a garlic/olive oil mixture and had a little crunch when eaten. The baked potato was served in the aluminum foil that it was baked in (not microwaved). The beef soup was made from the leftover prime rib from the night before and it was fantastic, and the service left me without a want. $14.95 for the dinner, $3.75 for the wine split of Robert Modvia Cabernet and no cover charge for the music and dancing made this place the best of values. I stopped in at this place with 3 of my friends on our way to the airport, thought we could have a couple drinks and something to eat. First we sat in the bar. Big mistake The bartender was some older woman that looked like she had just crawled out of bed. She paid more attention to the guy at the bar that was giving her the time of day that she very obviosly needed. we moved to the dining room, 2nd mistake the bartender was our server there too now not only did we have to put up with her but her drunk husband too. Turns out they own the place. These people have no idea how to run a busness. If she is going to work there she needs to take a shower and put on a bra and he needs to stay home and drink. Whether we feel like a juicy burger or a healthy 1/2 sand and cup of soup for lunch, my husband and I always like to stop at the ""Springs."" I also know I can spoil my self for dinner and have a great fetticinni while my husband has a steak for dinner, no reservation required. We get a good portion and it is presented well. My husband and I go to cascade springs on a weekly basis, They have the best slow roasted prime rib in town. The wait staff is very friendly it seems like one big happy family. Even the chef will pop out to see if your meal is perfect. They have a variety of sandwiches, salads, burgers, and tender steaks. If you want to stick around and do some dancing, they have Randy Burt who is a well known musician who plays hits from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, to today. Sometimes I've seen other artists come in and jam with Randy. The cocktails are reasonable, and the bartenders and servers are fast and friendly, always has been a wonderful experience. more

the bartender is the server so dont sit in the dining room, youll get no service AT ALL! the cooks are not clean and like to sit out front and smoke. the drunk person who introduced himself as the owner, i think his name was steve, tried to get me and my friends number while we were eating! this place has some of the worst food ever! but its not that the just the food was bad but the service is terrible too. the bartender is also the server so she takes care of the bar over you sitting in the restaurant. and dont bother asking for a manager as there is none. only the owners are there and they usually sit all day in the bar getting drunk as well and have no idea how to provide a positive dining experience.
