They refused to let my son use the restroom after we paid for $39 worth of food! It took 40 minutes to get our food (Party of 4) of which they brought out 3 of the 4 meals. The final dish showed up after the rest of us had already finished our food. I always tip 20% but didn't this time for really slow service. I noted it on the receipt so they can improve their service. We left the restaurant. My son, who drove his own car, returned back to the restaurant because he needed to use the restroom. The waiter confronted him, even though I paid the bill, and told my son ""You can't use the restroom for really slow service"". What! Are you kidding? They're in the customer service business and treat us like that? Thank goodness there is the internet to share my experience. Go to Azteca. They want you, give you twice the portions for half the price, and tastes much better!!
