January was a horrible month. I had problems with a credit card company, my isp, and my phone company. You would think wrecking my car would exponentiate the problem. My insurance company uses Casa as a preferred provider. I had nothing else to go on. I have never been treated so well. John, the man who handled my case, did everything perfectly. Several weeks later, I brought the car back for a ""funny"" noise that I thought was related to the body work. He got me in that day, offered to drive me home so he could look at the car, diagnosed a problem with my shocks, and got the car back to me without an extra charge. These people are incredible and I will never go anywhere else. (although I hope to never have to go back :)) Highly, highly recommended!
