Editorial review from Citysearch 2/9/2013

I just had the 2003 Nissan Altima I bought in 2006 estimated for a trade-in. Come to find out there was a major accident involving the vehicle which was never disclosed to me. In fact I have the AutoCheck report that states everything was clean on the vehicle.\r \r Honesty and integrity is obviously not a high priority for this business.\r \r STEER CLEAR and buy somewhere else. more

Unstable Owner - Don't Purchase! 7/1/2009

Tried to purchase a Toyota Camry but was unsuccessful. Owner was having a yelling match with a customer who purchased a car and was having transmission problems. She left and as we entered the office he made a nasty comment about her to us. We asked him to please keep his comments to himself and he literally went crazy. Started screaming at us (my daughter was with us) refused to sell us a car and threw us out of his office. We had never experienced such poor unprofessional behavior. On our way out he called me a B____. I would never refer a friend or foe to him. I suggest he take down the Christian symbof of the fish from his office door and seek professional help. The only reason I gave him one star is because it is required to post a review. Cons: He is mentally unstable. more

Cary Motor Co sold me a great minivan 1/18/2009

I bought a 2001 Toyota Sienna with 96,000 mi, in Sept 2008. The only trouble I had from Timo was getting the title. There was some problem with the former owner, and it took several months, but it finally came through. Also, the automatic side door malfunctioned, and when I took it back, Timo showed me a switch to turn off the power door. That's fine with me, because I feel safer opening and closing it manually, and that would not be included in his warranty. Also, his warranty does not include 2 free tuneups or oil changes, it is for 2 free ""service checks"" which is just to see if your fluids need refilling or if your tires are still good. I've put 20,000 miles on it with no other problems (for 1.5 years) until recently ... the tires had worn unevenly, and my mechanic said it must not have had a proper alignment when I had bought it. So I got it aligned and bought new tires, but hey, I get 23 miles to the gallon and it is the best car I've ever had. Pros: good vehicle more

A car lot that is dependable 9/14/2008

I bought a 96 Volvo wagon in May 95 and had to put $135. into it the first year. The second year the A/C went; you know that costs! But this year we took the car on a 7000 mile trek acroos the states, and this car got 30 mpg....and no breakdowns! Hats off to Cary Motor Co.; the dudes are reliable and honest. And the Volvo is a sweetheart. Pros: 6 month warranty, no BS, car fax check included, car well prepped Cons: Garage too small; selection not the greatest more

Feel safe buying used cars 5/3/2008

I am so glad I bought my car from here. Buying a used car can be worrying, because you don't usually know what it's been through. However, I felt very safe buying a used car here. Before they sell a car, they change out every changeable part that is going to wear out out over time - every belt, hose, and gasket, water pump, timing belt, clutch, tires, breaks, etc. When you buy here, you're on a brand new maintenance schedule. They do 2 free tuneups a year and have a 6 month warranty on the engine and transmission. My car hasn't had a single maintenance problem since I bought it 6 months ago. I felt safe buying my used car here, and the prices weren't high like at certified used car places.\r They sell a lot of cars here and have many repeat customers. They stay very busy and are a little understaffed for all they do, so you shouldn't expect 5 star customer service. However they do take care of you and the things you need. They won't budge on the price, but the prices are reasonable. They can't come down because of all the time and money they put into the maintenance of the car before they sell it. I recommend this dealer to anyone buying a used car. Pros: Completely serviced cars Cons: They're very busy more
