CARSTAR 76 Collision

After being clobbered by an eight-point buck last year, I took my Buick to CARSTAR 76. Of course the place looked great on the outside, but you never quite know what's on the inside. The minute that I walked in, I could tell that they really lived by their motto, "Relax, We'll Take It From Here." Mark and Erica VandenHout are the owners and operators of this CARSTAR collision shop and they really made the process easy and explained every step along the way. They gave me a FREE car to use while mine was in the shop and fixed my Buick right and right on time. I give CARSTAR 76 two thumbs up! more

This shop did an amazing job om my 2006 Audi. It was detailed and washed it looked new again. I got 12 carwashes free and will go back if something happens to my car again more

This company has no idea what they are doing. I am a mechanic myself so I know what's going on. My wife and I brought them a truck that was in an accident (hit by another truck). They never fixed the mechanical part, they just sent it back to us and said it was done. When you call them to leave a message, they will never return your call. They may do a good job with body work, but they know nothing about mechanical and will lie to you and say it is done. They either don't want to bother with difficult jobs or they don't know how to fix it . When I got my truck back, there were leaks and twisted parts underneath falling off. I don't why they don't fix it right, insurance will pay them, it baffles me. Zack is the guy who acts like everything is ok. He never apologizes for not fixing your car that's what puzzles me. If I am going to lead someone on and tell them their car is ok, I will at least apologize when they call back to tell me it is still a mess. more
