Carpets Galore

I needed carpet in my bedrooms and didn't have a lot of money to spend. Carpets Galore gave me quality carpet at a price I could easily pay and did the job the next day. Their installers were quick, efficient and courteous. I recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. Also, I noticed there were 7 bad reports on this site. Whoever runs Judy's book needs to look at what they are posting. The last 3 negative reviews were from the same guy who probably was just trying to get something for free. was shopping for months, since i was carpeting and tiling my whole house, i shopped all over town, im saving you time, just go straight to caprets galore,,,,they have the best price, and the best quality and the best installation !!!!!!! more

I went to carpet galore to have 3 rooms carpeted. The salesman Sia without telling me added about 10% to the dimensions of the room while calculating the price. I went to the house and measured the rooms and found out that i had made a mistake in measurment. I immediately called and gave them the right measurements. They installed the carpet the next day but they did not bring enough carpet so they left the walk in closet untouched. Ron the manager blamed me for giving them the wrong measurements. (They had the wrong measurements for a total of one hour). 3 days later they returned and they carpeted the closet with carpet 3 or 4 sahdes darker. I objected and was confronted by the rude installer. They agreed to come back and redo the unmatched color but they never did. When i vacum the carpet the carpet lifts in many places. more

This store has an excellent, and fair priced, selection of very high quality carpets. It is a little out of the way but very worth it. They will even let you check out their carpet books so you can see what each color will look like in your home. The service was very friendly and I always felt welcome....even though we showed up 5 minutes before closing! more
