excellent service 11/15/2010

Good: customer service was excellent and the salesman had a great personality with a good eye for color...the entire purchase went smoothly as it could have....From the point of purchase to the second the installer left my home(wayne) Great job guys...keep up the good work. more

confused 11/20/2009

i've used cf for yrs and never had any encounters anywhere near what i'm seein on here.this site needs to filter out the lies...........1 guy says he told them it was too much than he writes another review sayin how cf took his money and never showed and never showed for court......sorry pal not in this day and age. mr handyman must be slow. more

CARPET FAIR DID A GREAT JOBFOR US. WE WERE EXPECTING OUR NEW BORN AND NEEDED A SMALL ROOM DONE QUICK. BEFORE BABY CAME HOME AND THEY CAME THROUGH FOR US. WE HAD BOUGHT FROM CARPET FAIR BEFORE AND ACTUALLY HAVE DONE IT ONE ROOM AT A TIME. NOT TO SURE WHAT LAST REVIEW WAS TALKING ABOUT.IF THAT WAS THE CASE SHE SHOULD OF ASKED FOR A MANAGER HE'S ALWAYS DONE RIGHT BY US................... more

Locally owned 1/15/2006

I've bought carpet from Carpet Fair twice and I have been pleased with the experience both times. They have a wide selection of options in their showroom. So whether you are shopping on a budget like I was the one time, or looking for something very specific, like I was the second, they will have something for you. The installation time was reasonable and the service was great. I won't go anywhere else! more

Wide selection of carpets and flooring 8/14/2005

We had most of our house carpeted by this store, and I can say that the quality of the rugs were good. They had a large selection and they even had a decent selection of remnants large enough to cover bedrooms or smaller rooms. The carpet layer's did a good job and I've never had any problems with bubbles or ripples in the rug. Once when a portion was coming up from the corner a few years later they sent a person out shortly after calling them to retack it at no cost. The only thing I didn't like was when I returned to this store to have smaller bedrooms carpeted the salesman seemed like it was an inconvenience and didn't seem to want to do it which I found frustrating for a return customer. more
