I just love the job Ferdi and Joe did in our home. We were so disappointed in our previous carpet cleaners that we delayed getting our carpets cleaned for a very long time. If you are in any doubt...don't be. My carpet was hiddeous. Now it is beautiful and looks NEW!!!! The crew of two were on time. courteous, professional and delightful. No more pet hair, fresh and clean smell 10/12/2011

Vance did an incredible job! The carpet in our rental townhouse is old, old berber carpet and the previous tenant was a heavy smoker. With the addition of two cats, i thought we would never be able to walk around barefoot AND get the smell out. Vance explained the benefits that the drycleaning process has over regular steam cleaning on berber carpet since the carpet is more dense and absorps water more rapidly than regular woven-type carpet. We now have no trace of pet hair OR stale cigarette smoke and all old stains were removed. I will never have my carpet steam cleaned again!!!! Dryclean is definitely the way to go! more

Fabulous jobs, beautiful clean carpet 10/12/2011

Victor and his crew were on time, friendly and professional. They demonstrated the system to me and answered questions and then they went to work. There was no big sales push like you get with some carpet cleaners. The carpets look the way they did when they were brand new and I love not having to worry about drying time. The crew was also quick--they got the job done in a little under 3 hours and they did two floors for me. more

Excellent Service - Super Nice Crew 10/4/2011

Carlo and crew did a fantastic job on our carpets. They cleaned our family room, main stairway, and upstairs living area (4 bedrooms, office, main hallways) in under three hours. They were extremely professional, amazingly unobtrusive, and very, very personable. They explained the cleaning process and performed a walk-thru of our carpets prior to the start of cleaning. I was able to ask questions, and point out stains/heavy traffic areas, etc., with them before they began. The end result is that our carpets look wonderful, we were able to walk on them immediately, and the overall cost of service was very fair. I will definitely be recommending Carpet Dryclean, and will absolutely use them again in the future. more

Going the 2nd mile! 9/27/2011

I had my carpets done last week. They're older carpets and have some heavy use traffic patterns. Within a couple of days the worn areas reverted back to before the cleaning. I thought, "Oh, well, I guess they're just too old to look clean." A day or so later, Earl called to ask how I'd liked the job. I mentioned the traffic patterns and he insisted that he come out and, not only take a look, but re-clean those areas if necessary. He did re-clean the areas and as of now, those areas look great! They just needed a little extra TLC. I so appreciate his going the extra mile by coming back! more

Clean Carpet! 9/23/2011

My carpet has not been cleaned in ages & I was concerned the historic spots would not come out. The carpets look like new once again. The guys with Carpet Dryclean did a great job. Elmer made sure everything was addressed & that I was satisfied before they left. Nice professional crew with great attention to detail. THANKS for a wonderful job. more

My home had been broken into and where they dusted for finger prints this black powder was all in my carpet at my door. A real mess. Vance came and cleaned my carpet. Did a wonderful job. I tried for days to rid my carpet of the cat smell. Frustrated and ready to throw in the towel, or cat for that matter, I called Carpet Dryclean. FANTASTIC RENEWAL OF OLD CARPET!! 8/28/2011

I have 21 yr old light gray carpet throughout my house. It was in deplorable shape from cat vomit stains and goodness knows what else, some of which were quite dark. I debated about even trying a carpet cleaning company again since none were so great in the past. I found Carpet Dryclean on Angie's List and read the accolades and decided to try "one more time." Initially had planned to have only the great room and dining room cleaned but once I saw the impressive results that were happening, I had them clean my stairs, loft, and master bedroom. Hire them, you will find no company even close to matching the services of Carpet Dryclean. more

Excellent Service by Vance Hopkins 8/25/2011

The only thing that beats a a knowledgeable staff putting forth a great effort towards appeal, education and execution is a product that backs them up. I will NEVER steam my carpets again. Vance was such a champion of his trade, he communicated precisely the different process of a dry clean system, encouraged me to be involved and see first hand how it works. All I can say is simply amazing, I have been in my condo for a year and some change now and my carpet looks better now than when I signed the lease. Thank you dryclean more

Awesome Service 8/24/2011

Great service. Amazing job. My rug was a white sculptured rug that I was very concerned getting clean. Also, had a grease spot that was about a year old which they were able to remove with no effort. Amazing. Victor and His team made it seem easy. Looks just a white as it was originally Will be having Victor and His team back again. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you. more

I was very satisfied with the way my carpet looked once it had been cleaned. Once finished, it was great the carpet was clean,dry and I didn't have to deal with wet carpet.. After receiving a phone call, Terry was right on time. He was friendly and professional and got right to work. He took time to explain the cleaning process and moved small pieces of furniture and replaced them when he finished. My carpets look terrific!
