Cover this place up with one giant drape. Everyone there was super friendly but the prices are through the roof. You would think a small business like this would want to survive...

Customer Satisfaction 12/22/2010

Although I have had considerable trouble with my Hunter Douglas roller blinds, Carol and Bill were always available to me. Not only did Bill fix the blinds numerous times, but he also had them remade once. When they broke again, Carol and Bill worked with the HD representative and I received all new blinds for my bedroom and installed before Christmas! They are lovely and I couldn't be happier. A big thank you to both Carol and Bill. They really stand behind their customers! more

I, unfortunately, was not impressed with the follow through by Carol. We ordered Hunter Douglas blinds and had them installed throughout our home. The blinds have continued to malfunction and have locked up in both up and down positions. After two years, we still are having problems without any satisfaction from Carol's Custom Draperies. more

Cover it UP 3/3/2009

Cover this place up with one giant drape. Everyone there was super friendly but the prices are through the roof. You would think a small business like this would want to survive in this economy but this ones prices are above the norm. Your better off shopping around and going into the do it yourself mode. Again, everyone here is friendly, prices are just too high! more

I was so impressed! 7/8/2008

Carol's Custom Draperies on the Square in Denton was very helpful when me and my husband needed blinds for our new home. Their friendly staff helped us with everything we needed, and their prices were very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone. more
