Greedy & Arrogant Clerks 10/21/2008

I have never been to a hotel where they desk clerk will charge guests for overnight parking, that is outrageous. It's bad enough they charge an outrageous price of the rooms, I can't believe they would have the odasity to charge for parking as well. Old style rooms? That would be very questionable. More like a dump. Cons: No Parking. more

We pulled up to the hotel there were very few parking spots available. All were small and barely fit our car. Went into the room which was dark and dingy. Walls were plaster and looked dilapidated. The TV was old and tiny. The room was very small. The hotel room reminded me of a hostel in Europe or a homeless shelter. Needless to say we left not wanting to stay there and asked for our money back. The front desk clerk didnt seem to surprised and did not offer to find us a more appropriate room. Pros: Its close to Temple Square Cons: Rooms are terrible. Hotel Should have been torn down with the rest of them next to Temple SQuare more
