We serve many types of patients with a wide variety of needs whose ages range from 18 to over 100 years From intensive short-stay rehab to longer-term restorative care, our nursing and rehabilitation centers provide a full range of medical and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Many of our residents return home, but for those who cannot, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.A Bridge between Hospital and HomeWhen patients leave the hospital, they often need continued care to recover completely. That¿s where we come in. We work with you to set a care plan to meet your goals and abilities.
