As someone who has bought from Cards R Fun since I was a kid (I'm 28 now), I've had plenty of time to get to know the owner and develop a good friendship with him. John is very conversational and knowledgable about a lot of things and has a great sense of humor, and is negotiable on his prices.\r

He prices at book but does not SELL at book. Disregard the previous review, as it is not very factually based. I shop here weekly as he has a GREAT selection of commons from the 1950s-present. I recommend this place to my friends and fellow collectors, and will continue to do so because John does it right and it honest, and that's why he's still here and some of the crooks that have opened shops around here and ones that promote shows in M'boro have either closed down or are having trouble keeping their shows going. \r

If you're looking for superstar autographs at less than half book, you won't find it here. If you're looking for unique memorabilia, lots of cards/commons and a nice selection, you'll find that at Cards R Fun.\r

Pros: great selection, negotiable, unique, friendly owner, TONS of vintage
Cons: not as much new stuff but that's OK!
