Cardinal Property Management is the most unprofessional property management company that I have ever dealt with. They routinely fail to address issues submitted to them, or brought up during association meetings. Their ""emergency"" contact number is a joke. A neighbor of mine was without water for over 11 hours because Christina (the on-call representative) was not answering her phone. Christina's manager, Bruce, also failed to answer his phone. The property management company's after-hours call center had to contact the plumber directly to perform the repairs. In a nutshell, Cardinal Property Mangagement is a not worth the fees they charge for their service. On a 1 - 10 scale, they would receive a 1 from me.
