I have used cardinal on 3 different occasions to rid my computer once for a virus, once for a worm and another time for a trojan horse. Needless to say each we paid over $60.00 for the repair, but when we got it back the keyboard would not correspond with the computer when we got it back. It is an ok place, but could use some improvements.
