I've had extensive work done on my '94 Ford that has 140,000+ miles at Car Care USA for more than 5 years. I also had electrical grimlins that were correctly diagnosed by their master tech and repaired quickly. No shop in the area has a master tech or the proper diagnostic equipment to properly diagnose all operating systems on any vehicle like they do. more

I had my mustang worked on at Car Care USA. There was an electrical problem and the guy that worked on my car is a master mechanic and was fast to find the problem in my wiring harness. he removed the harness and rebuilt it, it was a lot cheaper than replacing it and it could be done faster. My car went from having the electronics randomly stop and start working to it has been a month and there is not one problem. Thank you Car Care USA. I have found the shop that all my work is going to. more

I have 2 classic mustangs, a '66 GT350 and a '67 GT350. Both cars underwent extensive modifications at the facility. The '66 received a 351W crate motor, a late model 4 speed auto trans, new floor pans and torque boxes to help handle the extra torque, also the factory equivelant under-dash A/C with a specialized pully system and cooling system upgrades to handle the Houston summers. The '67 got a late model 302HO motor plus installation of the original factory air conditioning. Both are show cars, but I also drive them regularly. The workmanship was grade A with no short cuts taken anywhere. The staff is very knowledgable on both old and late model cars. One of the few facilities with 2 Master Technicians to perform the work. Very few, if any small shops are willing to pay 2 Master Techs to perform the repairs since they draw top dollar wages. They would prefer to have Safety Specialists at $7.50/hr perform the work to maximize their corporate greed. more

The best place ever to take your car. I know the idiot that wrote a bad review. I am his neighbor. Nearly all of his story is a lie! He ended up going elswhere and got majorly ripped off!! That whole family is a den of snakes!! I know a handfull of people that use Car Care USA and they are the most honest people I know. The most competent shop we have ever used. more

Very Very Dishonest Shop (BOB) My father took our Mustang in with an Engine problem and requested it be rebuilt. Bob Told my father he could drop a used engine with 50K miles on it for a set price originally. When my father agreed he said the price would actually be 1,000 more than originally quoted and said it would be ready in 4-5 days. When my father went to pick up the car it was not ready and the motor was on the ground in the shop. He looked at the engine on the ground the tag said 96,000 miles on it. He made all kinds of excused saying that was not the one he was going to install, but we were the only mustang in the shop at one time. He even ignored my father once confronted about the motor. This guys claims to be Christian as a front to gain buiness. We were lied to multiple times by BOB! Don't do busniess with these guys! They are Dis HONEST! more

This is a good place to get your car fix. I always go here to get it fix. They have 10% coupons in neighborhood books. They are reliable and their service is pretty quick and satisfactory. They do not over charge you or try to fix something that is not broken. Honest people at this location. more
