I really hoped to make this place my one stop for all my car's repairs, however the woman at the desk was so rude to me that I refuse to ever go there again! I went in ONLY for diagnostic to be done. When I said that we'd have to consider the repairs (totaling OVER a thousand dollars) she became so rude! She said over and over how they lost money on me trying to find the problem, complaining like I owed her more then the flat rate that they gave everyone. When I asked if I could have a copy of the diagnostic report she said they did not make any copies and even refused to write down what had to be done!! I had to write them down myself. I have a very limited knowledge of cars and would have liked to show my husband before I agreed to the amounts they were asking. At the very end of this horrible experience I could not hold my tongue any longer. When I confronted her about being so rude to me she did not apologize for her actions only very sarcastically apologized that my car was broken and that it was not her fault!!!
I am not sure what planet Patti is from, but here on Earth customer service means you make the CUSTOMER happy not the other way around!!! I was not asking her anything that anyone else would’ve asked, but by the way she was being rude to me it was as if I was the one miss stepping. I have had other repairs done before such as brakes, tires, and etc. And I have asked all the same kinds of questions before. I have gone in for other diagnostics too. But have NEVER experienced the lack of professionalism that was at Car Care America!
