Bought my first car there in 2003. since then I have bought from no one else, I havent even looked. Over the years I have bought 7 vehicles from Carsmart. (land rover, yukon, explorer, tahoe, suburban, cargo van) even when they didnt have exactly what I wanted on the lot, they went out and found it. The sales staff and ownership has done everything in their power to make sure that I not only am happy with this purchase, but want to know that I trust them enough to send them my friends and family. Which by the way, I have done over and over. more

Just like to say the guys at Cars mart are great they did everything to get my Wife and I in a car that fits our budget I have bought 8 cars from these guys and I will be back when its time to trade again They dont pressure you in to any thing more

I hope this will let people know who they are dealing with. I am not a person that writes a mean review just to do it. 4 years ago we bought a vehicle here and didn't feel very comfortable with it but we were young and seemed pressured into it and it was out first nice vehicle so we did it anyway. We were told the vehicel was never involved in an accident. Yesterday we went to trade it in and YES it had been wrecked. It was from Michigan so it has damge from the salt from winter conditions in the North. They told us for weeks the ywould send us floor mats that they "just couldn't find where they stored them". All this to say I have seen other people that have gottne tricked or been lied to from these people and do not want anybody else to get hit with these people. more

My wife went there looking for a Honda Pilot. She complained of them not letting her off the lot, relentlessly asking "what will it take to get you in this car". She finally relented and put down a deposit. Turns out the car came from western NY (the salt capital of the world). I PLEADED to settle with them for a partial refund of the deposit, but they refused. My lawer says 0% refund of deposit for such a short period is "excessive". Looks like we're heading for court. Use caution. CarSmart in Hendersonville and and their CarSmart net website will try to sell vehicles sight unseen, saying that "they don't sell junk" and you may approve upon pick up. Not so... When I went to pick up the vehicle there was unreported damage in 4 areas. I refused to accept a vehicle since the repair would change the quality of the vehicle - since I was seeking a high quality and not a repaired vehicle. When I would not accept the vehicle, they would not refund my money. They have $28K in cash and I have no vehicle. more
